Market outlook from 31/8/09-4/9/09
We predicted in previous weekly analysisis our markets are going towards higher levels.That happened.The bulls are dominating now.Bears are not in picture.Sensex has support at 15650 and resistance at 16046/16250.If sensex successfully breaks this levels the next target is 17250.It is very much possible now.Hold sensex long positions if it holds 15650.
Nifty is strongly supported at 4650 and it will face resistance at 4790/4905.If nifty breaks 4905 then 5300 is possible.
Eventhough the up trend continues,short term investors should avoid buying at these levels.They are adviced to buy in a 10/20 percentage correction.If any one is buying,keep strict stop loss.Long term investors are adviced to buy with sufficient stop loss.

Market outlook from 24/8/09-28/8/09
Indian markets started with a weak note on the previous week due to negative global trend.But when ever it touched lows buying occured and that helped very much to keep it's strength.Sensex found support near 14800.S&P 500 index has given a break out.So I think Bulls will dominate next week.Markets may be volatile this week due to F&O clossing.But there is nothing to worry about that.This week a better clossing is expected on Nifty and Sensex than previous week.
Support for the sensex exists at 14800.Resistance to the upmove is 15500/15750/16040.Nifty will get support at 4400 and will face resistance at 4650/4700.

Previous week first two/three days witnessed extreme volatility and selling pressure.But then buying by funds and short covering lead nifty to 15500 levels.Now technically it is upward trend.But I strongly suggest to view the market with caution.There is nothing in the markets to lead to rallies.It will depend global markets in comong days.Dow jones will get support at 9100 levels.Sensex will get strong support above 15000 levels.Any close below that level will be the start of a down trend.Then sensex may go to 14500/13500 levels.Sensex will face resistance at 160046.Above 16101 sensex is bullish and then it may go up to 18000 levels.
Nifty will face strong 4700 levels.If it goes to 4730 level it is bullish.Nifty will get support at 4250/3950 levels.

Market outlook (from 10/8/09-14/8/09)
Markets witnessed selling in previous week from it's 13 month highs.Volatility will rule the market in this stage.There is no doubt about it.Investors are not buying any stocks.Only traders are buying and selling on rallies.Though Indian and Asian markets are trading weak,Europian and American markets are doing well.Dowjones is positively trading above 9100 level.Weekend closing was positive.
Some analysts are of the view that one should sell on rallies in this market condition.My view is that bank strike and profit taking made nifty week.There are so many funds waiting to buy on declines.This week our markets may return to it's previous upward momentum.So one should wait and short nifty only if it comes below 4400 level.Then short with tight stoploss.
Nifty has support at 4420 and below it may test 4380,4290,4250 levels.Above 4600 Nifty will return to it's track and buying will occur.
For nifty traders short below 4400 with a target of 4390/4300/4260.Initiate fresh long positions only above 4600 with stop loss.

Americas Dowjones index breaked it's resistance of 9100.As global markets
depending Dowjones,markets may go forward.Now 4800 and 5000 are the targets of
nifty.
F&O clossing not done any damage to nifty.That means markets are in
uptrend.Buying on declines is adviced in this market condition.
Markets will be range bounded now.Nifty trading range expecting for the week is
4550-4800.Nifty support is at 4550 and 4450.It has resistance at 4700 and 4790.If
nifty close above 4800 then it may go up to 5000 levels.If nifty goes below 4450
it may go up to 4300.Sensex has support at 15,000 and resistance at 16,046.
