 One equity share of RPG Itochu Finance Ltd (RIFL-Face value RS.10/-) will be issued and allotted for every 28 (Twenty Eight) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held in Brabourne Enterprises 
CHI Investments
One equity share of RPG Itochu Finance Ltd (RIFL-Face value RS.10/-) will be issued and allotted for every 6 (Six) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held in CHI Investments
Octav Investments
One equity share of RPG Itochu Finance Ltd (RIFL-Face value RS.10/-) will be issued and allotted for every 21 (Twenty One) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held in Octav Investments
Summit Securities
One equity share of RPG Itochu Finance Ltd (RIFL-Face value RS.10/-) will be issued and allotted for every 16 (Sixteen) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held in Summit Securities
