Previous week We said "Nifty will get support at 4760-4750.....above 4930 nifty may see a rally to 5000".Nifty started with a weak note and then take the support at 4780.Then it moved up and reached till 4929.70.But failed to cross 4930 and moved downwards in selling pressure.Nifty and sensex traded volatile through out the week.
This week we expect more volatilty in our markets ahead of F&O expiry and the budget.One must be neutral on this situation.Keep strict stop loss in every trade.
.The trend in Nifty and Sensex is weak.Nifty will become positive only if it trades above 4952.Now 4800-4760 is the crucial level for Nifty.If it trades below 4760 or closes below 4800 it is said to be more weak.Below 4760,4670 is the strong support for the nifty.If that level breaches Nifty may see 4550/4500 level.
Sensex is also trading weak.It will become positive only if it trades above 16554.If it trades below 16000 or closes below 16327 the trend is more weak.Below 16000,15660 and 15400 are the supports.16410-16470 is the first resistance for Sensex.Above which sensex may face resistance at 16750 and 17000.

As we said on previous week market rose from the support at 4675 and then traded firm through out the week.Market thursday successfully breached it's resistance at 4830, but failed to close above that level.But there is nothing to worry.If market trades monday above 4850 then the trend is still bullish.Then the first resistance on nifty is 4930.Above 4930 nifty may see a rally to 5000.
Nifty will get support at 4760-4750 and then 4673-4660.Below 4650 nifty may test 4500 and even 4200.
Support for the sensex exists at 15925 (minor).Below that 15650-15600 and 15400 are support levels. Resistance for the sensex are 16470 and 16730.
Traders are advised to go long on nifty as long as 4660 holds.

Markets are still in selling mode due to the lack of positive news.Funds are sellers in the market ahead of budget.They are expecting cut in stimulas packages.But 4654 is a very strong support for nifty.It is expected that markets bounce back from that level.If nifty breaches this support level it may test next support at 4500 and 4300.Nifty face resistance at 4930.
Sensex support is 15570-15400.Resistance is 16500.
Traders go long on nifty with a target of 4820/4900 stop loss below 4650 on closing basis.

Indian stock market outlook from 1/2/2010 to 5/2/2010

As we said on previous analysis Our markets witnessed selling pressure through out the week ahead of RBI's monetary policy announcement.RBI hiked CRR by 75 bps,but Repo and Reverse Repo rates were kept unchanged.But this will not affect liquidity too much because banks have already money on hand.
Nifty is now on over sold zone.Some buying is expected here.4800 is the support (Closing basis) for the nifty now.Sensex will get support at 16000.
US markets facing some problems,now showing down trend.This will affect our markets.As US markets are moving below 10000 mark it is expected that dow will reach near to 9750.So our markets may be volatile.Any close below 4780 will lead nifty to test its next support of 4640.So one must buy selective stocks in this market condition.Buy 30 per cent is advised now.
Nifty will now face resistance at 4950/5000.Sensex resistance are 16880/17000.
